We have a unique understanding of the research process and have built a reputation for collaboration and communication with the research and development teams we embed with.

Support2Health (S2H) provides rural and remote medical recruitment services from its offices in Western Australia and Tasmania. To achieve efficiency, accuracy and consistency it needed interoperability between all areas of the business.
As the CEO, our business transformation expert led S2H’s project to design and implement a cloud-based system, incorporating all aspects of the business operations.
Through interoperability S2H was able to accurately respond to clients and grow faster than is competitors, establishing a dominant market position in its first 5 years of operation.
WaterNSW received State government recommendations to establish new critical state infrastructure – new, large dam supply – and Aurecon was appointed as their major infrastructure delivery (MID) alliance partner.
Our change team ran the project to establish the integrated team, developed terms of reference for the key leadership teams, continued operational BAU, established the main HR functional processes and began the capability uplift for managers.
The long term aim of MID is to leave behind a legacy of capability, processes and systems in the Department by 2027. The success of our implementation is the successful integration of external companies into the Department.
Our team was engaged by ATT to assess member company supply chain risks. We reviewed international and industry supply chain standards to maximise the range of options available to companies to appropriately secure their supply chains.
Using a principle-informed, risk-based approach our team assessed global supply chain risks for each of the 40+ companies. This ensured understanding each company’s commercial operations occurred so supply chain risks could be assessed in true context.
