How we engage with our clients:

All organisations face a variety of risks, either from internal or external sources.  These risks can arise at the strategic level or at the operational level and can have serious consequences to the integrity and continuity of business operations. Core functions that can be impacted include frontline services, finance, business management systems, information and infrastructure.

Organisational Risk and Resilience is the approach by which the continuity of core functions is maintained through risk-based strategies which are imbedded in an organisation’s business. These strategies include business continuity, security management, emergency management, disaster recovery and fraud and corruption control.

Providence have conducted hundreds of audits, inspections, assessments and reviews to help improve the resilience of Government and commercial organisations. We are leading experts in integrating threat and vulnerability into risk-analysis, and in identifying strategies to maintain resilience objectives. We have implemented security risk management frameworks and conducted highly technical assessments on critical infrastructure, sensitive government facilities and high value assets.

Managing the risk of fraud and corruption is another component of organisational resilience.  Instances of fraud are becoming more prevalent and can significantly impact business operations, organisational reputation, and public and stakeholder confidence. Organisations must integrate the management of fraud and corruption risks into their broader resilience strategies. Providence have established frameworks for managing the risk of fraud and corruption and have conducted numerous investigations in a professional and objective manner.
