A member of the Providence team was engaged as the delivery partner to The Guilds Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP). We provided expertise in tendering and evaluation processes to establish a comprehensive and sustainable contract management framework. The team stood up a fit-for-purpose Guild tendering and evaluation process, including appropriate governance and an on-line tendering capability. This included a complete suite of QCPP tender documentation, including improved KRA/KPI and T&Cs. Providence also provided independent and impartial tender evaluation subject matter experts.
Adash is Providence’s CEO and is responsible to the Providence Board and Providence’s clients for ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes through advice, guidance and mentoring to Providence’s staff.
