PFAS Environmental Remediation Program Management

Providence developed procurement methodologies and contracting options (including commercial arrangements) to support the contamination and remediation works, to manage the impacts of per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on Defence bases around Australia. Our team conducted in-depth research and analysis of the PFAS program. We led, managed, and facilitated large value contract variations that included broad stakeholder engagement and providing the secretariat and chair for tender evaluation boards. The team designed and delivered a nation-wide workshop to streamline procurement and tendering processes, and developed training and artifacts to upskill PFAS directorate teams enabling consistent Procurement processes and contract variation management across the enterprise.
