Providence undertook an initial scoping validation with the client to ensure alignment between the advertised scope of work and the reality of the client’s needs.  With a significant stakeholder population, known to Providence from work with MDBA in 2019, our team was quickly able to connect with the people and protective security risks facing MDBA. We evolved security governance documentation and established protective security risk amongst the broader array of risk types that MDBA was seeking to mitigate.
