Providence, collaborating with the Defence Intelligence Group (DIG), intelligence capability division are implementing a governance framework for one of the key divisions. The Implementation plan applies a tailored Defence benefits management framework. Capability realisation and benefits mapping allow Defence to assure the planned transformation of the enterprise. The implementation plan has been co-designed with stakeholders across Defence’s groups and services and addresses people, processes, and technology – including mapping and prioritising interdependencies. We also provided a workforce strategy and action plan, including an expanded professional development framework all of which has been presented to Defence committees and briefing steering groups.
Adash is Providence’s CEO and is responsible to the Providence Board and Providence’s clients for ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes through advice, guidance and mentoring to Providence’s staff.
