Services Provided:
Providence supplemented ADF HQ with staff who possess a deep understanding of Defence strategic priorities and costing pressures; whole-of-force analytical and options assessments; military strategy and wargaming; and strategic communication to support to the design, planning and conduct of Defence’s Force Structure Plan (FSP), and associated activities. The result: (1) improved output quality of the Force Design function and process, (2) further aligned force structure planning to departmental strategic direction and budget guidance, and (3) a robust evidence-base for internal decision making and for the engagement of external stakeholders across government and industry.
Adash is Providence’s CEO and is responsible to the Providence Board and Providence’s clients for ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes through advice, guidance and mentoring to Providence’s staff.
