The Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) Programme enables the safe, secure and timely passage of imports across the Australian border and enhances supply chain security. Providence was instrumental in ensuring this programme was operationally implemental. Providence analysed the relevant Australian Border Force (ABF) security policy translating it into an operational model. We determined how current ABF skillsets aligned to this model, designed and delivered a training and education programme, relevant supporting procedural publications and published the ATT Validator Training Continuum. These efforts directly enabled the ATT Programme to conduct more than 900 commercial entity assessments over a 3+ year period. These assessments conducted by the ABF officers were based on significantly enhanced critical analysis and robustly defensible recommendations.
