Providence celebrates International Women’s Day

Today Providence Consulting celebrated INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY (MARCH 8) day and raising awareness against bias #breakthebias. Margot Forster, CSM, Providence’s Director Strategy and Business Development SA, was brave enough to share her diverse and exciting story as well as her insights and reflections on her experiences with bias throughout her career. Margot’s advice to #breakthebias is for everyone to be courageous and back ourselves and be our authentic selves because what you bring to a team or discussion will be different, the diversity is what is needed. It is important not to be complacent, we are not there yet. It is not enough for women to have a seat at the table, they also need to feel safe, included and valued.
