Virtus Health needed to undertake commercial risk management and develop business continuity plans covering all its operations in Australia, Asia and Europe.
Our team members engaged with all domestic and international management teams to develop a framework to identify specific local risks and BCP requirements. This led to collaboratively prepared detailed local plans supported by group level plans. Training packages were developed and delivered prior to scenario testing to ensure awareness and understanding of the plans at all levels of the organisation.
The plans were subsequently audited and endorsed by external auditors (Grant Thornton).
Our team was engaged by Ventia to lead the development of a range of policies supporting Defence programs within the Woomera Training Range.
We managed changes to Ventia’s commercial contracts with Defence, including cost benefit analysis, revising employment conditions and drafting workforce communication plans. We also led a successful proposal for a new Defence accommodation precinct, including management of commercial and operational implementation teams.
Our team delivered improved stakeholder awareness and engagement, project management and mobilisation planning for the new Defence Base.
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) were implementing a range of ICT systems and business improvement products across 6 integrated project work packages. The program needed to improve relationships across the Transformation Division to enable successful engagement and change communication.
Our team was able to provide a strategic change and engagement specialist to quickly provide 3rd party assurance and agile transformation support across all program stakeholders.
Reducing the impact of relationship silos, improved strategic engagement and helped to communicate the benefits and requirements for transformation success.
