Evaluation Co-design

We help organisations design evaluation approaches that are fit for purpose, proportionate and aligned to decision‑making needs. By working alongside teams early, we ensure evaluation is embedded in policy and program design rather than treated as an afterthought.

Effective evaluation design is more than selecting methods or indicators. It requires a clear understanding of objectives, context, stakeholders and risk, as well as how evidence will be used across the lifecycle of a policy, program or service. We support organisations to develop evaluation approaches that generate meaningful, usable evidence in complex environments.

Our co‑design approach brings together evaluation expertise and practitioner insight. Working in partnership, we help build internal capability so organisations are better equipped to design, commission and use evaluation over time, rather than relying on external support.
