Security of Critical Infrastructure:

two metro hospital sites

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) realised the complexity of ensuring a fit-for-purpose Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Plan (CIRMP) under the revised federal legislation, for its two, in-scope sites. As such, our team was engaged to apply our in-depth experience and extensive knowledge of the Security of Critical Infrastructure legislation to the provision of extensive analysis of CALHN’s readiness activities for compliance.

Our recognised understanding of public/private partnerships, the public health sector and our proven experience in delivering organisational readiness and operational security uplift resulted in the successful education of a variety of stakeholders to both the legislation, and the delivery of a detailed plan for action, to ensure a successful attestation.

Upon completion of our engagement, CALHN were able to navigate the complex and complicated partnership arrangements within SA Health to complete a first-iteration CIRMP for both hospital sites; and thus own a detailed risk management plan designed to uplift and promote continual improvement of its sites and services.
