Drawing on our expertise, Providence’s team designed, developed, educated, tested and implemented a series of foundational activities to establish the Department’s protective security governance and operations, including functional design of the Security Branch. The deliverables included: Agency Security Plan, Security Risk Management Framework, multiple site Security Risk Assessments and range of PSPF-aligned enterprise-level polices, procedural documents and supporting material.
Adash is Providence’s CEO and is responsible to the Providence Board and Providence’s clients for ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes through advice, guidance and mentoring to Providence’s staff.
