Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment: Protective Security Enhancement

Providence standardised how security risks were to be identified, assessed, communicated and managed, and established the appropriate roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and delegations to enable effective Department wide security management. We enhanced the understanding of site security risks across the Department’s estate, provided a platform to prioritise expenditure of Departmental resources on security related infrastructure and crafted a demonstratable foundation for the Department to meet extant and emerging Commonwealth directed protective security requirements.
